A $6.8 million, suburb-record renovation in Alexandra Headland

Originally designed by acclaimed architect Chris Clout, this coastal residence underwent a comprehensive renovation led by SloanStruct.

The renovation brought together premium natural materials, refined finishes and carefully considered upgrades throughout the home, including Brazilian Taj Mahal stone, bespoke joinery, upgraded living spaces and extensive outdoor entertaining areas.

The project involved the transformation of a substantial multi-level residence, incorporating an internal lift, heated pool, extensive landscaping and a range of high-specification features.

The completed residence sold for $6.8 million in July 2026, setting a new suburb record for Alexandra Headland.
